Short, because we collect very little. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly rather than point you at a clause.
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, company, work email, the options you picked under “what do you need”, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else, and nothing you did not type.
If you email us directly we hold that email and your address, the same as any business would.
We also receive the campaign details carried in the link you arrived on, such as which advert or search term brought you here, along with the page you landed on and the site you came from. That tells us which advert produced an enquiry. It says nothing about you personally.
To reply to you and to run the resulting conversation about work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
The form is handled by Netlify, who host this site and store submissions on our behalf. Our email is handled by our email provider. Google and Microsoft process the analytics described below. Those companies process your data so that we can read it; none of them uses it for anything of their own.
We work from India and our email and hosting are outside your country, so your data crosses borders to reach us.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand which pages and which ads bring people here, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how those pages are actually used. Clarity records a replay of your visit: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Anything you type is masked before it leaves your browser, so we never see what you wrote.
Consent for advertising and analytics storage is denied by default. If you are in the UK or the EEA we ask before we turn any of it on, and until you accept, Google receives only anonymous cookieless signals and Clarity does not load at all. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
We record which page you viewed, that a form was submitted, and that a booking link was clicked. We do not send your name, email, or message to Google or to Microsoft.
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. If we do work together, we keep what the engagement and our tax obligations require.
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@delivrlabs.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and you will not be treated any differently for asking.
